Previously kept in the yonder-years of 2009. However, our notability threshold has stiffened since then. New York county legislators are not an WP:NPOL-awarding position. While there is some coverage on newspapers.com, it is entirely run-of-the-mill coverage from local news (example) with no indication of any broader WP:SIGCOV, so this does not appear to pass WP:GNG.
